Celtic Spirituality with John Philip Newell

Livestreamed via YouTube

Please join us online for an extraordinary presentation and special discussion, Embracing the Sacredness of Earth, Ourselves and One Another. Our guide will be John Philip Newell, the much-acclaimed teacher and author of Celtic spirituality.  In his most recent book, Sacred Earth, Sacred Soul, Newell shares the Celtic view that the earth and every living being are sacred. He offers Celtic spirituality as the way to overcome our conflicts and heal the earth. The key lies in helping us reconnect with the divinity of God, one another, and the world around us. “In Celtic wisdom the sacred is as present on earth as it is in heaven, as immanent as it is transcendent, as human as it is divine, as physical as it is spiritual. The sacred can be breathed in, tasted, touched, heard, and seen as much in the body of the earth and the body of another living being as in the body of religion. It is the true essence of all life.” From Sacred Earth, Sacred Soul: Celtic Wisdom for Reawakening to What Our Souls Know and Healing the World, page 6   Order your copy: https://www.earthandsoul.org/sacred-earth-sacred-soul      Biography Don’t miss your chance to hear from this […]
