The Guibord Center’s new online series, Take Heart Now: Spiritual Tools for Centering and Compassion, brings you inspirational and experiential presentations from notable leaders in our community. Each Monday, a new speaker will share concepts, stories, and centering tools that help ground you in spirituality and compassion.
Take Heart Now launches Monday, September 23rd, from 6:00 – 6:45 pm PT and will run through the end of the year. We invite you to drop in when you can and get your weekly dose of heart-centered grounding!
Each session will include a brief introduction, a 30-35 minute presentation including a centering experience, and about 10 minutes of questions based on discussion in the chat.
