This conversation features Rabbi Neil Comess-Daniels, Emeritus Rabbi at Beth Shir Shalom in Santa Monica.  Since becoming emeritus, he has served as a spiritual counselor for a hospice and palliative care agency. He is always working on new translations and new musical settings for traditional prayers to universalize their meanings. His spiritual inspiration comes from his wife, his children, his grandchildren, and his dog. Rabbi Neil has served as a member of The Guibord Center's Advisory Council since it began. He played a key role in our film, ANIMA: Animals. Faith. Compassion. and has presented a number of programs on Judaism.
