Are you looking for ways to feel more grounded in your spirituality? Could you use tools and guidance to help navigate life’s challenges?
The Guibord Center’s new online series Take Heart Now: Spiritual Tools for Centering and Compassion brings you inspirational and experiential presentations from notable leaders in our community. Each Monday, a new speaker will share concepts, stories, and centering tools that help ground you in spirituality and compassion.
Take Heart Now launches Monday, September 16th from 6:00 – 6:45 pm and will run through the end of the year. We invite you to drop in when you can and get your weekly dose of heart-centered grounding!
Each session will include a brief introduction, a 30-35 minute presentation including a centering experience or story, and about 5-10 minutes of questions based on discussion in the chat.
