Take Heart Now: Spiritual Tools for Centering and Compassion, brings you inspirational and experiential presentations from notable leaders in our community. Each Monday, a new speaker will share concepts, stories, and centering tools that help to ground us in spirituality and compassion.
Each session includes a brief introduction, a 30- 35-minute presentation of a story or experience that often includes a centering experience, and a few minutes of questions based on discussion in the chat.
