Are you looking for ways to feel more spiritually grounded? Could you use tools and guidance to help navigate the stormy months ahead?

The Guibord Center’s new online series brings you inspirational and experiential presentations from notable leaders in our community. Each Monday, a new speaker will share concepts, stories, and centering tools that help to ground you in spirituality and compassion. 

Take Heart Now launched Monday, September 9th from 6:00 – 6:45 pm and will run through the end of the year. We invite you to drop in when you can and get your weekly dose of heart-centered grounding!

Each session includes a brief introduction, a 30-35 minute presentation including a centering experience, and about 5-10 minutes of questions and discussion in the chat.
