Dr. Jessica Spence Moss leads the Interfaith Youth Alliance (IYA), where she brings high school students from diverse faiths, cultures, and backgrounds together to learn from one another and build real community. Through IYA’s annual Faith Forum, she helps young people develop the confidence and skills to engage in meaningful conversations and explore how faith, identity, and social issues intersect.
