Dr. Jessica Spence Moss

Dr. Jessica Spence Moss is the Executive Director of the Interfaith Youth Alliance (IYA), a Southern California organization that brings high school students from diverse faiths, cultures, and backgrounds together to build understanding, foster meaningful dialogue, and serve their communities. Through IYA’s annual Faith Forum, she helps young people develop the skills and confidence to engage in meaningful conversations and explore how faith, identity, and social issues intersect. In 2026, she is guiding student leaders as they prepare the 19th Faith Forum, welcoming more than 150 students for interfaith dialogue and service.

Jessica has been active in interfaith work since 2012, collaborating with the Orange County Interfaith Network and serving in roles at CSU Long Beach, USC, and now CSU Fullerton as the Interfaith Faculty Fellow. Her work reflects a deep commitment to curiosity, compassion, and empowering the next generation of interfaith leaders.

A daughter, wife, and mother, Jessica believes in creating spaces where people can share their stories and discover what unites us.
