I work with leaders and institutions navigating complex social, religious, and political environments. For more than 25 years, I have built research centers, advised public‑facing organizations, and designed leadership and peacebuilding programs in 35 countries, including over a decade partnering with the U.S. Institute of Peace.
I have held senior roles at the University of Chicago and USC and am currently a visiting scholar at the University of Notre Dame. I am now a partner at BALM Strategies, where I help leaders translate learning into action.
